Rootz Trek is a collaboration between Jacqueline Nelson, CEO of YAAD A MUSIC ENT LIMITED (Jamaica) and Abdul-Raheem Agoro, CEO of EXODUSINITY PROMOTIONS (Nigeria). The cultural trade has always been the Vision for the two, and in October 2022, the maiden trip was made.

The trip was facilitated by an invitation from the Felabration planning committee. The artists from Jamaica /America who made the trip got the opportunity to perform on stage at: The Freedom Park and The New Afrika Shrine both in Lagos.

The trip also included networking, workshop sessions, recording sessions and a video shoot with artists on ground in Nigeria. In the final analysis, ROOTZ Trek 2023 was huge success.
