New kid on the block, Joan “Justess Joan” Webley, could easily be described a a young veteran by virtue of her experience on the business and operations side of the Jamaican arts, culture, and entertainment sector. So much so, that her foray into expressing her own artistry was only a matter of time. 

Justess Joan’s commitment to being the solution, coupled with her passion for championing the Jamaican music form has inspired the message and sound of her first single “Level Up.” The single is a call for personal ans collective responsibility concerning the standards to which we hold ourselves and those around us. In the chorus, Justess chants “it’s time to level up rise the whole nation.”
